O.L.C.I. Engineering has developed several logistics systems, necessary for automatic loading and unloading of the parts in the BIW production lines. Logistics solutions need to be accurate, reliable, user and maintenance friendly, in order to meet the requirements of highly automated production factories.

• Rotary Loading/Unloading Systems, for quick change of full vs. empty part racks during production (no cycle time loss).
• Stationary Loading/Unloading Systems, for quick change of full vs. empty part racks during production (no cycle time loss), with rollers for rack handling by means of forklifts.
• Vertical Loading/Unloading Systems, for quick change of full vs. empty part racks during production (no cycle time loss) and space saving on loading side.
• LCA systems are essential components of the production lines. They allow the workers to load a certain quantity of parts outside the line, without interfering with the cycle time. The loading side is safely separated from the robot working side by means of adequate safety systems.
